JDHL publjshes the following the two kinds of awards
JDHL AWARD
Rules Class A Five JDHL member cards and ten cards of different area in Japan. Class B Three JDHL member cards and seven dental ham's cards of different area in Japan. Class C One JDHL member card and five dental ham's cards in Japan. Class D Two Japanese dental ham's cards and spellout "JDHL" using the last letter of pre-suffix on the QSL cards you got.
You can use "8J1FDI" instead of any of areas in Japan.
Dental Health Week Award
Rules Total 14 QSL cards : Spellout "MUSHIBA YOBOU" using the last letter of suffix on any QSL card and one dental ham's card, one QSL card during June 4-10 and your QSL card. Application Send GCR, your QSL card and 3 IRCs to the address below.
